Senior Operations Analyst/ FP&A Business Partner - Manufacturing Finance | Charlton, MA (Hybrid)Are you passionate about connecting finance with factory floor performance? We're looking for an Operations FP&A Business Partner to drive financial insight and operational excellence across our manufacturing and supply chain teams.In this high-impact role, you'll partner with plant leadership to build budgets, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic investments.What You'll Do:
- Own operational budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain KPIs tied to manufacturing performance
- Build financial models and dashboards to support decision-making
- Analyze cost drivers, standard costing, and capital investments
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in manufacturing finance, FP&A, or cost accounting
- Deep understanding of operational metrics and cost structures
- Experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
