Job DescriptionSenior On-Site Service Specialist - Job Summary Join a dynamic team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist, where you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional operational support and enhancing client experiences. This hands-on role involves working with advanced technology in high-volume printing, production, sorting, and mailing tasks. You will also support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and front-desk reception duties to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Operate high-volume 2D/3D printers and copiers with a focus on quality and efficiency. Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate when necessary. Provide excellent customer service and coordinate service requests. Track service records, manage inventory, and process billing. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs and support building functions. Assist with light maintenance, meeting room setups, and reception tasks. Maintain safety and follow all handling protocols. Must-Have Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Basic computer skills, including MS Office. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with copy/print jobs. Basic knowledge of electronics or copier repair.
