ResponsibilitiesOverview: IDEMIA, the global leader in ID & Payment Card manufacturing is looking to add a new Senior Industrial Engineer to our team to assist in the development of new products and processes in our high-volume manufacturing facility Responsibilities:
- Work with Global Engineering Team members to develop new product and processes
- Develop final factory acceptance report
- Support Pilot production with R&T team and Factory Engineering team
- Approve first mass production
- Develop innovative products in line with product roadmap
- Define industrialization guide for new R&D development
- Support and approve Pilot production (RFPP)
- Support and approve First Mass production (RFPI)
- Follow Mass production (FRVM)
- Support and approve production Transfer
- Improve current production
- Ensure that approved production parameters are respected through the Group
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Good availability / adaptability (regular overseas travels 20% of working time)
- Smart Card technologies will be a plus (Plastic / printing / IC )
- Fluent English level (daily practice with email/phone)
- Create synthetic and clear documentation (RFPP / RFPI)
- Strong method capacity (documentation - training)
- Technical Skills in Risk analysis (FMEA/AMDEC) / Project Management-Office (IT) / CAO/DAO (technical drawing to read and draw)
- Leadership - Ability to challenge status quo and understand and work with team members from different departments
