Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructures, including routing and switching, within a Cisco wireless environment.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain network systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
  • Manage the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SD-WAN solutions.
  • Collaborate with the security team to integrate network security measures into the broader infrastructure.
  • Monitor and improve network performance, availability, and security by coordinating with teams and vendors to identify and resolve issues.
  • Perform network analysis, including traffic flow, performance metrics, and fault isolation.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
  • Provide expert-level support and mentorship to junior network engineers and team members.
  • Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Skills/Must have:

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and/or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching (or higher).
  • Experience configuring and managing hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, load balancers).
  • Familiarity with all major network protocols.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
