The Senior Engineer, Network manages the organization's IT network infrastructure. Responsibilities include ensuring network performance, availability, and security. Key tasks involve configuring and maintaining network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls. They also handle communication protocols, security policies, and user access. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization's network infrastructure (including devices from Cisco, Palo Alto, and Meraki). Monitor network performance, analyze traffic, and provide capacity planning solutions. Interface with vendor support services during outages or system performance issues. Manage security and ensure compliance through vulnerability scans and patch management. Maintain firewall rules and VPN tunnels. Performs troubleshooting and assists others as required.
