To learn more about us, check out our brand video and People and Culture page.POSITION DESCRIPTIONThe Senior Programmatic Media Buyer is responsible for leading the strategic negotiation, activation, and optimization of programmatic media buys across Evergreen Trading's client portfolio. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external media partners, supporting junior team members and ensuring alignment with client goals and trade strategies.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead media negotiations with programmatic partners, securing optimal pricing and premium inventory.Develop and present media recommendations aligned with client and internal objectives.Own the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, including setup, pacing, optimization, and performance analysis.Provide strategic guidance to Buyers and Associates; support campaign troubleshooting and innovation.Partner with brand teams and clients on media strategy and performance reviews.Maintain and present advanced marketplace overviews; identify emerging vendors and trends.Serve as a mentor and escalation point for junior team members.Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, media trading, and client partnerships teams.Manage added value executions and post-campaign wrap-ups.Represent Evergreen in client meetings, QBRs, and vendor presentations.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREDBachelor's degree.3+ years of programmatic experience; experience managing junior staff preferred.Strong command of DSP platforms (e.g., DV360, Yahoo, The Trade Desk, etc.).Expert understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, media math, and data interpretation.Proven ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics/reporting tools.Clear communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills.Salary: $70,000 - $80,000The above represents the expected base salary range for this role.
