To fully unlock this potential, Terabase is developing an interconnected software and construction automation platform. We collaborate with project developers, owners, and engineering & construction firms to support the design, optimization, and construction of large solar projects worldwide. Our team comprises solar industry veterans, newcomers, thought leaders, dreamers, software, electrical, and mechanical engineers, coders, product managers, project managers, and sales and marketing professionals. We are headquartered in Northern California, with offices across the United States and globally.
Position Summary:
Are you a problem-solver passionate about building innovative mechanical solutions to advance clean energy? We are seeking two talented individuals to join our collaborative, fast-paced team focused on developing and enhancing mechanical systems and components to optimize solar utility power plant installations.
In this role, you will be involved in every stage of the product development lifecycle—transforming ideas into engineered solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale solar deployment. You will have opportunities to lead design efforts, participate in cross-functional reviews, and make a lasting impact on the clean energy transition.
This is an onsite role in Davis, CA.
Travel up to 25% to customer/vendor sites and R&D facilities along the West Coast may be required, depending on project activities.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually, influenced by experience, education, and other factors. Additional incentives and benefits, including medical and dental coverage, may be offered.
