I am partnered with a 90-person MEP Design firm with a 5-decade legacy of innovation across NYC in their search for an Sr. Project Manager (Mechanical Engineering).

This person will be the Principal's right-hand for a team of about 10 engineers. The current Principal manages all Project Management responsibilities and seeks support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being a client-facing PM and providing technical excellence as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer.
  • Alleviating client-facing requirements and understanding nuanced communication around energy and infrastructure.
  • Having NYC-based experience with Healthcare, High-Rise, & Residential projects; NJ experience is a plus.
  • Possessing a PE license or being a master of the domain.
  • Providing mentorship from day one; people management will develop over time.
  • Being familiar with projects starting as energy audits and evolving into design.
