Senior Mechanical Engineer - GNR - Global Network Recruiting : Job Details

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and build truck equipment. Our client is a family owned 30+ year company with second generation owners who are very involved with the business. Extremely stable company over the years. Everyone knows everyone very personal environment. The owner likes to invest in the business with new products.

You will be involved designing and manufacturing truck equipment like: spreaders, dump bodies, hoists, snow plows, garbage truck bodies, etc.

The mechanical engineer will work closely with the mechanical engineering staff to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications and reports. Individual must be able to work independently, as well as part of multi-discipline teams producing mechanical engineering documents.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a four-year college or university

Must have good interpersonal leadership skills and be able to interface with all departments

The ability to effectively present information (verbally and written) to the senior management and customers

Must have experience with CREO.
