In this role, you'll handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, which may include electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work across multiple facilities. Pay: $38.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond efficiently to emergency calls.
- Perform electrical repairs including wiring, fuses, and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
- Conduct plumbing repairs like replacing pipes, clearing drains, and fixing toilets and faucets.
- Handle carpentry tasks including door and lock repairs, drywall patching, painting, and flooring.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
- Possess basic knowledge of fire systems and operations.
- Utilize hand and power tools proficiently.
- Work effectively with CMMS computer management systems.
- Lift and move up to 75 pounds as needed.
- Have at least three years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarize yourself with the company handbook.
- Carry necessary tools and a communication radio while on site.
- Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Successfully pass criminal and drug screenings.
- Obtain EPA certification within three months of employment.
- Obtain OSHA 10 certification within three months of employment.
