Senior Mechanic - ABM : Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanic to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, which may include electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work across multiple facilities. Pay: $38.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond efficiently to emergency calls.
• Perform electrical repairs including wiring, fuses, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Conduct plumbing repairs like replacing pipes, clearing drains, and fixing toilets and faucets.
• Handle carpentry tasks including door and lock repairs, drywall patching, painting, and flooring.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Possess basic knowledge of fire systems and operations.
• Utilize hand and power tools proficiently.
• Work effectively with CMMS computer management systems.
• Lift and move up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Have at least three years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarize yourself with the company handbook.
• Carry necessary tools and a communication radio while on site.
• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Successfully pass criminal and drug screenings.
• Obtain EPA certification within three months of employment.
• Obtain OSHA 10 certification within three months of employment.
