Your Role: As a Senior Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing various vehicle components including steering, suspension, brakes, engines, transmissions, differentials, electrical systems, wheelchair lifts, and air conditioning. You will be expected to work safely and participate in inventory management as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, examine, and troubleshoot vehicles to identify defects in operations and systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Carry out both major and minor repairs on defective parts.
• Document all maintenance and repairs in MV's Fleet Management System.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of five (5) years of verifiable training and experience in automotive or diesel mechanics, which may include high school courses or a regional occupational program.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and be available for random drug testing.
