Location: New York, NY 10007We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. • Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Brand Management & Content Marketing:
• Oversee brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Create compelling content for blogs, social media, email marketing, and website.
• Manage and enhance the company's online presence through SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Optimize lead generation and conversion through targeted advertising and landing pages.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Partnership & Public Relations:
• Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and influencer partnerships.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven marketing solutions.

CompensationBase salary: $80,000-$100,000/yearAdditional compensation: Annual BonusBenefits
