We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our team at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL). In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving test systems to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our advanced power system protection products. You will lead a team of test engineers, work with automated test systems, analyze test data, and drive the quality and performance of our products. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing products. Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support in test methodologies and best practices.
