Senior Manufacturing Engineer - The Timken Company : Job Details

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in supporting and improving operations within a low-volume, high-mix chain manufacturing environment. This position requires a strong presence on the shop floor to troubleshoot equipment issues, collaborate with production and maintenance teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer will lead efforts in safety compliance, equipment optimization, and root cause analysis, while managing multiple engineering projects and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to implement effective solutions that enhance productivity, equipment reliability, and overall operational performance.
