Job Description

Provide technological support for the production line, start production processes, identify and implement savings projects, prepare technological documentation, conduct training for device operators, develop material and time standards, specify and accept new machines, devices, and processes, and cooperate with engineers from other departments related to the production of industrial automation components. This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and is located in Katowice, Poland. Work model: Onsite workplace.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide technological support for the production line
  • Manage production processes
  • Identify and implement savings projects
  • Prepare technological documentation
  • Conduct training for device operators
  • Develop material and time standards
  • Specify and accept new machines, devices, and processes
  • Cooperate with engineers from other departments in issues related to the production of ETO low voltage
The Essentials – You Will Have
  • Higher technical education in electrical, mechanical, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience or willingness to take ownership of ETO manufacturing processes and standards development
  • Experience setting up automated processes
  • Knowledge of traceability solutions in automated processes
  • Experience with IT system integration in production (e.g., SAP)
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience with problem-solving tools, experiments in production processes (DoE), and statistical process control methods
  • Knowledge of FMEA, PCP, PFD processes, and process assessment methods
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to read technical drawings
Preferred – You Might Also Have
  • Experience in Value Stream Mapping
  • Knowledge of contactor construction and operation
  • Experience in managing projects for new production processes
  • SEP G1.3 qualifications for operating electrical devices and testers
