Originate and lead financial due diligence engagements, generating $2$4 million in annual revenue. - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations throughout the transaction lifecycle. - Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence efforts, including quality of earnings, working capital analysis, and financial modeling. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, and corporate clients. - Collaborate with other Senior Managing Directors to cross-sell services and expand client relationships. - Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to junior team members. - Contribute to the development of thought leadership and market-facing content to enhance Ankuras brand in the transaction advisory space.
