The Office of the CFO Senior Managing Director role is an executive level position that sells, leads and manages client engagement team(s) through finance-led transformations. Primary Focus. Drive our heavy sales and marketing lift with corporate clients and in the Private Equity channel. Provide finance operations diligence capabilities in middle market PE portfolio companies. Proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities while managing existing revenue streams. Fully functional SM - Ds will be expected to deliver $2.5 M-$5 M within 12 months. Support Corporate clients with Finance Transformation program management and specific initiatives. Support PE and Corporate clients with accounting advisory solutions for complex SEC reporting, purchase accounting, financial restatements, material weakness remediations, IPO readiness.
