We are seeking a **Senior Manager of Strategic Merchandising** to drive key business strategies through data insights, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership. In this role, you will focus on pricing optimization, margin improvement as well as product mix and portfolio evolution strategies to maximize growth opportunities while fostering collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will excel at combining advanced analytical capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills. **Responsibilities:*** Lead the development and execution of data-driven merchandising strategies that optimize pricing, improve margins enhance product mix and drive portfolio evolution across our e-commerce platforms* Leverage data analytics tools to guide strategic decisions on product selection, pricing, promotions, and inventory management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals* Guide and provide training to direct reports, ensuring consistency and clarity in understanding daily tasks and requirements* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, supply chain, and marketing to align on pricing strategies, promotional activities, and inventory planning* Build and maintain tools, reports, and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics related to pricing, margins, and product performance* Present data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to senior leadership, influencing decision-making and business strategy* Partner with the analytics team to refine models that evaluate product lifecycle performance, pricing effectiveness, and assortment mix* Stay informed on competitor strategies, market conditions, and industry trends to proactively adjust merchandising strategies**Requirements*** Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field* 6+ years of experience in merchandising, analytics, or a related role, preferably within e-commerce or consumer-facing industries* Proven expertise in pricing strategy, margin analysis, and product mix optimization* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms* Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments* Strategic mindset with a focus on translating complex data into actionable business strategies* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities**Benefits** At R2Net, many of our roles offer a high-quality, comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, paid time off, retirement planning and opportunities for career advancement.
