Manage new hire training and onboarding for all new field team members with a goal of accelerating timeline to full productivity. Design instructional materials and curricula tailored to field team needs including simulations, group training events, self-study, etc. Coach and up-skill team members to enhance performance Manage enablement programs from development through execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and measure effectiveness. Provide strategic direction and coaching for the team; contribute to the growth and development of internal team members by sharing new learning techniques and best practices in the learning industry. Take industry analysis, user feedback, analytics and best practices into consideration when driving program strategy. Manage customer experience across field teams, supporting initiatives to drive optimal performance. Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree or military experience.
