Position Summary
TCL North America is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to oversee the development and lifecycle management of our TV and soundbar product lines. This key role involves shaping product strategy, collaborating with global development teams, and aligning cross-functional efforts to provide outstanding home entertainment experiences tailored to the North American market.
The ideal candidate will possess deep industry expertise, consumer insight, and strong project leadership skills. As the voice of the customer, you will drive innovation and ensure product excellence while supporting our sales and marketing teams to grow the brand and strengthen our market position.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Analyzing sales and market performance, including weekly sell-out and market share.
- Recommending updates to marketing strategies, GTM plans, and pricing.
- Tracking sales, inventory, and competitive intelligence metrics.
- Monitoring industry share and retail positioning shifts.
Product Messaging & Communication
- Refining and aligning product messaging with the VP.
- Leading weekly briefings and ensuring messaging clarity across teams.
- Reviewing marketing materials for accuracy and effectiveness.
Marketing Execution
- Ensuring in-store and online messaging reflects current plans.
- Driving adherence to product and pricing plans.
- Monitoring performance to meet sales goals.
Content Creation
- Writing monthly updates on key selling points and industry trends.
- Creating compelling consumer-facing copy for the U.S. market.
Creative & Product Support
- Managing trademark requests and assets.
- Updating product information on the website.
- Overseeing creation of POP materials and videos.
Event Support
- Assisting in planning and participating in industry or customer events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years in product marketing, preferably in consumer electronics (TV, soundbar, etc.).
- Experience managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of home theater tech, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Experience with global teams and cross-cultural partnerships.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Willing to travel as needed.
Working Conditions
- On-site in Irvine, CA.
- Occasional travel and on-call duties.

Benefits
