Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy - Terminix International Company, L.P. : Job Details

Develop and execute a detailed implementation plan for Residential and Commercial pricing strategies. Manage the implementation and maintenance of all pricing, promotions, and discounts within company systems and sales tools. Identify and mitigate pricing risks by establishing and monitoring controls to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Partner cross-functionally with IT, Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure pricing strategies are executed accurately and effectively. Drive improvements in price realization through process enhancements, tool development, and effective pricing governance. Oversee pricing governance from an operational perspective, including process documentation, training, and the development of quality frameworks. Analyze pricing performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Directly and indirectly manage a team of pricing strategy and analytics professionals.
