Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferably)
  • 5+ years experience in the Hospitality industry, preferably in Sports
  • Interior design skills/experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite, Word, and Excel
  • This position is considered exempt
  • Hybrid work arrangement outside the US Open period, as defined by the Managing Director, Event Services

Salary Range

The expected base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000, excluding additional pay or benefits. The actual salary offered will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.

The Role

The ideal candidate will lead the US Open Premium Suites Services Team, providing exceptional service to 90 suite holder accounts, overseeing food service for players, media, staff, and volunteers, and managing annual décor upgrades. This involves building relationships with Suiteholders, coordinating with Levy Restaurants, and ensuring top-tier service and operational excellence.

  • Build and maintain relationships with premium suite holders
  • Manage Suite Administration office and staff during the US Open
  • Coordinate high-end catering services and menu options with Levy Restaurants
  • Supervise catering staff and ensure service excellence in suites
  • Conduct in-suite visits to monitor service quality
  • Deliver benefits and amenities exceeding customer expectations
  • Manage food and beverage planning and execution for various suites
  • Maintain site-wide menu information and facilitate approvals
  • Lead F&B mobile ordering system development and implementation
  • Coordinate dining requests and manage signage and décor installations
  • Provide décor design services and vendor relationships
  • Develop furnishings and artwork master plans for indoor spaces
  • Manage special décor projects and green initiatives
  • Maintain and oversee suite maintenance and upgrades
  • Coordinate exclusive merchandise and premium event experiences
  • Support year-round event food service needs
  • Manage stadium court time and inventory systems
  • Perform other event support duties as assigned
