• Plan and execute peptide manufacturing activities as per schedule and budget, utilizing plant capacity efficiently.
• Ensure sustainable quality production with optimal plant capacity utilization.
• Monitor and reduce process TRT, Cleaning TRT, number of preps per batch on Prep HPLC, and improve yields and processes in Synthesis & Analytical Section.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Planning departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain daily interactions with departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure waste water disposal compliance as per in-house policy.
• Groom disciplined workforce and staff to meet growth targets.
• Develop innovative practices to increase productivity and enhance work culture.
• Maintain good documentation practices and adhere to cGMP standards.
• Review batch process records, SOPs, and other cGMP documents.
• Investigate deviations, change controls, and OOS issues.
• Implement and follow all safety instructions and practices.

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.E. (Chemical) / B.Tech (Chemical)
• Experience: 15-20 years in Peptide API plant
