Position Summary
We are seeking a recruiting domain expert to lead enterprise-wide recruiter process excellence. This role is part of the TA Operations team and is responsible for ensuring that recruiting processes and practices are efficient, standardized, and continually evolving to meet the needs of a dynamic recruiting environment.
The ideal candidate brings firsthand experience across diverse hiring models and sourcing strategies and will translate that expertise into systems, processes, and enablement that elevate recruiter performance at scale.
What you'll do
- Recruiter Process Standardization and Ownership: Design and maintain standardized recruiter-facing processes across various hiring environments. Partner with product owners and engineering to embed these into recruiting systems like Workday and CRM tools. Ensure a balance between enterprise consistency and the flexibility needed for specialized recruiting models.
- Talent Hub Governance and Policy Maintenance: Keep all recruiter SOPs, policies, and enablement materials current and centralized. Align documentation with evolving system functionalities and best practices.
- Recruiter Enablement and Continuous Learning: Develop a continuous learning framework for recruiters, including structured training and onboarding to support tool navigation, workflows, and hiring strategies.
- Escalation Leadership: Lead cross-functional responses during recruiting disruptions, coordinating with Ops, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and ensure process stability.
- Operational Insight and Root Cause Analysis: Monitor recruiter data, SOP adherence, and feedback to identify trends and gaps. Conduct root cause analysis and refine processes accordingly.
- Cross-Team Alignment and Governance: Serve as the process authority, aligning recruiter workflows, surfacing variation, and implementing scalable governance routines.
What you'll bring
- Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition with experience across different hiring models.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, passive candidate strategies, funnel metrics, and recruiter operating models.
- Proven ability to design and improve recruiter-facing processes at scale.
- Experience in training and enabling recruiters at various levels.
- Familiarity with systems like Workday Recruiting, CRM platforms, and documentation tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, SIPOC, or RACI is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $180,000, with additional bonuses and benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field, and 4 years' experience in retail, operations, or related area, OR 6 years' experience in the same fields. 1 year supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, project or client relationship management experience in retail or healthcare, or a Master's Degree in Business or related field (e.g., MBA).
