Malin+Goetz is looking for a Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs to support all professional and consumer businesses of the Company and international developments. This is the ideal role for an extremely passionate individual who thrives at collaborating with teams and working with key stakeholders across the company. A self-starter who is committed, conscientious and always leads with integrity. The Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs role requires a candidate who will collaborate with multiple corporate functions (product development, marketing, creative department, operations, etc.) to ensure delivery of product and brand initiatives on time. Simultaneously, the candidate will be responsible of defining, maintaining, and further developing the global regulatory processes and systems. Must have experience dealing with the US, EU, Canada, AESEAN, and China market.
Malin+Goetz is seeking a Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs to drive global compliance and support across the brand portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem-solving. As a key partner across Product Development, Marketing, Creative and Digital, this role ensures products meet international regulatory standards while supporting claims substantiation. The Senior Manager will lead global registration processes, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes in the US, EU, Canada, ASEAN, and China. The role also focuses on refining regulatory processes, optimizing workflows, and managing risk assessment. This position requires a proactive, strategic mindset to drive efficiency and innovation in compliance management.

Benefits: The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000.
