Job Description :

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Continuous Improvement: Drive lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and reduce cost/waste.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze processes using Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and statistical tools to identify and implement improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams on shop floor improvements, including capital expenditure projects.
  • Standardization & Training: Develop standardized, repeatable processes and deliver operator training and certification programs.
  • Financial Analysis: Interpret Profit and Loss statements to uncover opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, and revenue enhancement.
  • Performance & Visual Management: Implement visual controls and consistent productivity tracking across production areas.
  • Kaizen & Rapid Improvement: Plan and lead Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops; ensure sustainable follow-up actions.
  • Training & Coaching: Provide formal instruction on lean manufacturing principles and mentor teams in problem-solving, project execution, and performance measurement.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change efforts to drive adoption and long-term success of improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Identify and share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Multi-Site Support: Assist with improvement projects and training across multiple sites as needed.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies in operational excellence and process improvement.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 7+ years in a manufacturing environment with a strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, curating teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), databases, and ERP systems.

Legal Eligibility:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must meet requirements for access to export-controlled materials.
