Senior Manager of Communications - WILLINGBORO SCHOOL DISTRICT : Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic communications, preferably in a public education, government, or nonprofit setting. Experience working in or with school systems is highly desirable. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Deep understanding of media relations, digital engagement, and public affairs. Strong project management and organizational abilities with attention to detail. Experience with crisis communications and managing sensitive or high-stakes issues. Proficiency in digital tools including content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
