As a Senior Manager of Clinical Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading our New York State Respiratory Therapy team, expanding our market presence, and driving operational excellence. About the Position:Team Leadership & Oversight
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive case management approach to ensure therapists are consistently engaged with their patients and that quality of care remains high and consistent across all patients and locations.
  • Lead daily operations of the NY-based clinical respiratory team.
  • Create and enforce structure, accountability, and performance expectations across the team.
  • Ensure onboarding, training, and competency processes are consistently followed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, individual check-ins, and performance reviews.
Scheduling & Staffing
  • Manage respiratory therapist coverage to align with patient appointments, volume, and regional needs.
  • Maintain and oversee the team schedule to ensure adequate coverage and balance.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of new hires.
Operational Execution
  • Travel is required across our New York clinical branches, including Buffalo, Victor, Syracuse, Albany, and Mid-Hudson.
  • The Sr. Manager will be responsible for scheduling and conducting site visits quarterly, or more frequently based on need, to provide support, oversight, and ensure alignment with clinical standards.
  • Monitor and drive performance metrics related to service delivery, documentation, and turnaround times.
  • Conduct regular audits of appointments, timecards, documentation, and system usage.
  • Ensure operational consistency and follow-through on department workflows and expectations.
Training, Compliance & Development
  • Develop and maintain strong onboarding and training programs.
  • Ensure clinical team members meet and maintain required competencies.
  • Oversee patient survey tracking, product recall follow-ups, and staff education on new devices and workflows.
  • Support ongoing education, coaching, and development of the Respiratory Therapy team.
Patient Experience & Service Quality
  • Address and manage patient concerns or service escalations.
  • Foster a high-touch, patient-centered service culture among the team.
  • Review and act on patient satisfaction feedback to improve care delivery.
Cross Department Collaboration
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to support coordinated patient care and smooth handoffs.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that enhance clinical operations.
  • Other duties as needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organizational values.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, service delivery, or team leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Preferred but not required: Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, hold others accountable, and drive results.
  • Experience managing performance metrics and implementing process improvements.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, EMRs, compliance tracking tools, and project management software.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare environment.

Compensation:
  • $70,000 - $90,000 dependent on experience

  • Headquarters in Buffalo area with travel throughout New York State
