Reporting to the Director, Membership the Senior Manager, Membership and Event Marketing strategically designs and implements a wide variety of event programming to drive new audiences to the Museum and deepen the engagement and support the growth of the Whitney's Membership base. The Senior Manager is an adept collaborator, working across many departments – Curatorial, Education, Marketing, and Communications – on key institutional priorities, supporting Free Admission Programs and leading Free Friday Night programming, as well as all Membership events and engagement. The Senior Manager works closely with the supervisees, Member Events Producer and Marketing Events Producer, to ensure the seamless execution of events, from beginning to end, and the timely communication of member benefits and engagement opportunities. In addition to the events focused work, the Senior Manager oversees and strategizes all member benefits and directly cultivates key audiences, members, and influencers.Responsibilities:
