Eatons Strategy & Corporate Development team is expanding its M&A Integration practice and is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to lead end-to-end integration efforts. This role will partner with business leaders and corporate functions to drive value creation through structured integration processes. Key Responsibilities:Lead M&A integrations from due diligence through post-close execution. Develop and implement integration strategies aligned with business goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Ops) to ensure seamless transitions. Manage Day 1 readiness, risk mitigation, and performance tracking. Support divestiture planning and execution.
