Senior Manager M&A Accounting - Soni Resources : Job Details

Our client, a global trading and investments organization, is looking to hire a Senior Manager of M&A Accounting. This role will be responsible for overseeing the integration or newly acquired entities into the company's accounting close and reporting process. This role will be hands on and oversee the accounting due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, assist in the evaluation of complex technical accounting issues relating to business combinations, coordinate the purchase price allocation process for completed acquisitions, assist in the preparation of disclosures surrounding acquisitions, serve as the primary accounting representative responsible for the successful accounting integration of new acquisitions, in addition to reviewing monthly close activity for newly acquired businesses during the integration period. Requirements:

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance/business
• 6+ years progressive career growth
• Experience in M&A and PMI
• GAAP/IFRS and technical accounting and financial reporting
• Public / Private mix
• Large ERP systems experience

Preferred Skills:

• CPA
• ASC 805
• SAP S4 HANA

Compensation: $145,000 - $160,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
