The Senior Manager, Loss Prevention (SMLP) is a key member of the Operations team responsible for the security and safety of company assets and inventory. The SMLP collaborates with field leadership to develop strategies that reduce inventory shrinkage and enhance brand image, thereby increasing profitability. This role requires a highly engaging, assertive team player with extensive retail and warehouse operations experience and willingness to travel frequently.

• Respond to critical issues impacting the business.
• Educate field teams on operational processes affecting inventory shrinkage, theft, and profitability.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Store Operations, and Driver Operations regarding theft or harassment issues.
• Conduct operational audits.
• Investigate employee theft and vendor fraud incidents.
• Coordinate with Territory Growth and LP Operations on vendor initiatives for new sites.

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit loss prevention leadership experience in retail or warehouse settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with data analytics to assess and address business needs.
• Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field preferred.
• Training in Wicklander or Reid Interviewing/Interrogation techniques.
• Conducted at least 100 internal theft investigations and interviews.
• Experience developing and implementing loss prevention strategies at a field or enterprise level.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and conflict management abilities.
• Knowledge of safety practices in retail and warehouse environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed.

Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
