Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain, you'll oversee the S&OP process integrating demand, supply, materials planning, and master data to ensure alignment across Sales, Operations, and Finance. The position requires a process-driven and data-led leader with proven success in transforming planning processes with strong cross-functional influence. The role is based in Calhoun, GA with a hybrid work arrangement —offering flexibility and cross-functional collaboration.What You'll Do:Lead and Develop a High-Performing TeamManage and mentor an integrated planning teamSet clear KPIs, roles, and development pathsFoster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvementDrive the S&OP ProcessOwn the end-to-end monthly S&OP cycle (demand, supply, pre-S&OP, executive S&OP)Develop an integrated, forward-looking planning rhythm that aligns operational and financial plans across business unitsDrive continuous improvement in S&OP maturity – moving from reactive to proactive to predictiveEstablish decision-making frameworks, KPIs, and escalation protocolsEnhance Demand PlanningStrengthen forecasting through data, analytics, and business inputsPartner with Sales & Business Leaders to deliver accountable, assumption-based forecastsDrive visibility and improvements to forecast accuracy and bias at all key levelsAlign Supply Planning and CapacityConvert demand into feasible, resource-aligned supply plansCollaborate with manufacturing and procurement to manage constraintsUse scenario planning to address gaps and drive long-range planningManage Materials and Inventory StrategyLead component and raw material planning across complex variablesDrive inventory visibility to optimize inventory, minimize excess, and support financial targetsIntegrate inventory policies and segmentation into planning workflowsGovern Master Data and Planning ControlsEnsure structured, clean, and maintained master data (materials, BOMs, routings)Drive data accuracy to support scalable, reliable planning processesEnable Advanced Planning ToolsChampion APS adoption and evolution to improve speed, visibility, and accuracyPartner with IT and data teams to build scalable planning models, dashboards, and exception-based workflowsOwn the planning systems roadmap to improve visibility and decision-making agilityWhat you need for success:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred)7+ years of progressive supply chain leadershipDeep experience in S&OP, demand, supply, and materials planningHands-on experience with APS tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, NetSuite)Strong ERP/MRP knowledge (SAP, Oracle)Expertise in forecasting methodologies, inventory strategies, and scenario modelingAPICS/IBF certification preferred (CPIM, CSCP, CPF)What you can expect:A culture built on teamwork, respect, and entrepreneurial spiritLeadership that invests in your growth and career developmentOpportunities to take on new challenges, cross-train, and expand your skillsetRecognition and rewards for your contributions and achievementsA fast-paced, sports-driven environment where your work makes an impactSound like your kind of team?If you're ready to bring your passion and talent to a company that champions your future, we want to hear from you.
