Company & Position Summary

We are partnered with an innovative biopharma based in the New York Metropolitan area that focuses on developing treatments for serious diseases such as ALS, Parkinson's, and other high unmet medical needs. Its U.S. subsidiary is rapidly growing and supports all commercial and operational functions including research, sales, marketing, and development. The Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation will lead the design and execution performance-driven compensation programs for sales teams. This role combines strategic insight, advanced data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive effective sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and administer incentive compensation plans for U.S. and Canadian Sales and Market Access teams.
• Partner with Commercial leaders to assess plan effectiveness and align with sales strategy and business objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing, validation, and communication of incentive payouts and goal attainment.
• Deliver regular reports, scorecards, and visuals on compensation performance, and support appeals or adjustments as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance incentive plan communication, engagement, and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years in sales compensation within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with incentive compensation plan design across product lifecycle stages.
• Proven ability to analyze complex sales data and performance metrics, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sets such as IQVIA Xponent, Hub data, and Specialty Pharmacy reporting.
• Strong project management experience and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Analytics.
