Senior Manager, HRIS
As Senior Manager, HRIS, you will provide strategic oversight and manage system capabilities, enhance functionality, maintain stakeholder and vendor relationships, design the HRIS roadmap and lead the HRIS team.
What You'll Do
Develop and manage new and existing system capabilitiesDesign and implement the HRIS roadmap aligned with the strategic vision with other systems in mindBuild technical and industry trend knowledge and best practices to inform system strategies and implementation plansMaintain relationships with key business partners and leverage feedback loops to identify opportunities for improvementEnsure technology solutions meet business requirements and operational needs, supporting scalability and efficiencyDevelop with a minimal viable product mindset to quickly deliver essential features, gather feedback and iteratively improveEstablish and monitor metrics to ensure system performance and efficiencyDevelop staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plansCreate an open and trusting work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, promoting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communicationAllocate resources appropriately based on strategic priorities and project needsManage and cultivate vendor partnerships for improvement and lead contract negotiationsLearn and implement AI and efficiency opportunitiesAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You Have
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of prior management experience
- Experience with Workday
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Effective verbal and written communicator
- Strong organizational skills
