You are a motivated and result-oriented individual who excels at leading cross-functional teams, ensuring we have the right competencies and people in the team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong track record in project management and people management. You drive results and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and being surrounded by multiple internal and external stakeholders is something you enjoy because you are a natural networker and communicate clearly and effortlessly.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Very solid experience in managing complex technical (client) projects or roles with previous management experience within operations.

• Proven track record of successfully leading people through complex, large-scale projects from conception to completion.

• Previous experience as a people lead as you will manage and guide a team of +10 people.

• Experience working in telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.

If you have prior experience with TCP/IP, routing, switching, SD-WAN, and METEC platforms, that's a major advantage but not a requirement. Someone with solid networking skills who's ready to bring their expertise to a dynamic and evolving environment will be able to leverage their skills to excel in this role.

About your role:

As the Head of Nordic Implementation for GlobalConnect, you will be responsible for leading the implementation team of strategic initiatives and projects across the organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, always ensuring that the people in the team have the proper competencies and skills and are up to date on the newest trends and technologies, including certifications.

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives and ensuring we have the right competencies in the team to succeed.

• Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive project success.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes.
