The Senior Manager, Global Logistics Analytics And Finance is responsible for leading the development and execution of global logistics analytics and financial strategies that drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and data-driven decision-making across Cepheids global supply chain.

This position reports to the Vice President, Global Fulfillment & Distribution and is part of the Global Fulfillment & Distribution team located in Sunnyvale, CA OR Lodi, CA and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the design and implementation of global logistics KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance, cost, and service levels.
  • Partner with Finance to manage logistics budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Drive insights through advanced analytics to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional logistics leaders to identify and implement best practices in transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade, tax, and financial regulations.
  • Manage a global team of analysts and finance professionals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Multiple years of experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, or finance, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP, TMS/WMS platforms, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 15%, including international locations.
  • Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working in a regulated industry such as medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Leading cross-functional global teams in a matrixed environment.

The annual salary range for this role is 140,000 to 160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
