Our vision is to significantly change the practice of oncology by developing medicines that provide truly meaningful improvements in quality of life and survival for people with cancer.What You'll Be DoingWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, FP&A, to support business functions across the organization. This strategic role will be a key business partner to Commercial and Corporate functions, driving strategic financial planning to support business decisions and long-term growth. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for Commercial and Corporate functions such as HR, Legal, IT, Finance, and provide ad hoc support to R&D functions. A key component of the role will be the development and enhancement of models and reports in Adaptive Planning, ensuring accurate and timely financial insights that drive strategic decisions.You will be responsible for…

• Partner with SG&A (Selling and General Administration) functional leaders to develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Lead monthly or quarterly variance analysis and provide financial insights to explain performance against budget/forecast.
• Collaborate with Accounting on the month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Utilize Adaptive Planning to maintain budget templates and planning models, streamline forecasting processes, and deliver management reporting.
• Support R&D projects, prepare ad hoc financial analyses or perform tasks as assigned by manager.
• Assist with board reporting, investor materials, prepare financial summaries and effectively communicate with Finance leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, reporting accuracy, and data transparency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

What Knowledge & Experience You'll Bring To Us...

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting or corporate finance.
• 3+ years in the biotech or pharmaceuticals industry, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Prior experience with a commercial company preferred.
• Experience with financial systems (ERP or financial planning tool), hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning preferred, NetSuite experience a plus.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; highly proficient in PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location among other factors.
