JOB DESCRIPTION

At FOX Experiences + Design, we craft impactful experiences that resonate deeply with audiences and amplify brand reach. We focus on impact over size, creating meaningful events that foster innovation and collaboration across FOX's divisions, including FOX Entertainment, FOX Sports, TUBI, and others.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Events, with strong logistical skills, to lead and manage large-scale events and engagements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects, and has experience overseeing budgets over $500K. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and team leadership to deliver memorable and effective events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and lead event strategies, staying current on industry trends.
  • Manage administrative support, technical teams, and freelancers for events.
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, ensuring they meet budget and quality standards.
  • Set goals, establish metrics, and report on event ROI.
  • Oversee event logistics, including vendor negotiations, contracts, and on-site operations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for event production needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Track and analyze event success metrics.
  • Support larger projects and international events as needed.
  • REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in event production.
    • 7+ years of experience in sports, corporate events, or agency settings.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 30% domestically and internationally.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and basic database applications.

    NICE TO HAVE

    • Experience with analytics reporting and AI tools.

    COMPENSATION

    The pay range for this role is $102,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits and discretionary bonuses. The role requires in-office work at least 4 days a week and travel as needed.
