Job Location: NYC, NY

Duration: 3 Months (Contract to Hire)

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Management will lead coordination of major tasks and controls related to the development and execution of the Master Data Management (MDM) program, focusing on process and project management. The Sr. Manager ensures correct, complete, and timely execution of production jobs and associated controls that move data from input sources into the MDM Hub. The role also involves testing MDM data injection into production systems, onboarding new personnel, and expanding the scope of the enterprise data dictionary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct, complete, and timely execution of current production processes, escalating issues as needed.
• Execute the MDM Control framework, including data profiling, auditing, validation, and issue resolution.
• Lead testing phases for MDM data consumption and integration of new sources.
• Coordinate project management activities to advance the MDM initiatives.
• Maintain documentation for all MDM processes and activities.
• Manage the MDM activity log and communicate upcoming tasks and timelines to team members.
• Onboard and train new MDM team members to ensure productivity.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in high-volume, data-intensive or subscription-based businesses.
• Understanding of MDM, data quality, data lineage, metadata, data modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with data quality procedures and analysis.
• Knowledge of enterprise data flows, including customer data.
• Leadership skills to manage MDM team activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITIL tools.
• SQL and Oracle PL/SQL experience is a plus.
