Job Title: Senior Manager Data Science (multiple openings)

Location: Riverwoods, Illinois

Type: Full Time

Responsibilities: Provides thought leadership and strategic thinking to translate business problems into analytical frameworks, recommends actions, and delivers business insights. Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permitted according to company policies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, with 8 years of experience in Data Science or related roles. Requires 2 years of people management experience.

Skills: Business and statistical analytics; familiarity with tools like Teradata, MicroStrategy, SQL, Tableau, Excel, Access, Minitab, R; stakeholder management; cross-functional communication; KPI setting with Power BI, Tableau, Miro, PowerPoint; project management tools like Jira, Airtable; continuous improvement methodologies like Lean/6 Sigma; process engineering; change management.

Compensation & Benefits: Base pay ranges from $153,500 to $215,500, with additional incentives.
