Senior Manager Corporate Strategy

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative leader to join our Corporate Strategy team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in management consulting or corporate strategy who are passionate about driving growth and transformation in a fast-paced, multi-brand retail environment. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills to lead high-impact initiatives, support executive decision-making, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our business.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational support for multiple initiatives across various retail brands and business functions, from problem definition through execution.
  • Establish, build and maintain rapport with executive team members to foster strong partnerships through projects, shared objectives and strategic planning support.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership team and support Sr. Director in development of short and long-term strategic brand and corporate plans.
  • Leverage insights and remain current on market, competitor, and financial news, strategies and analysis to support data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist in identifying business challenges and support the development of actionable strategies, ensuring clear communication with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams including Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, and Operations, while guiding business unit leaders to maintain focus on key resources and priorities.
  • Support the creation of executive-level presentations and strategic updates, with opportunities to present findings to senior leaders when appropriate.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities to inform strategic direction, while reassessing established practices and encouraging internal and external benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support business case development, growth driving strategies and post-merger integration planning as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting (e.g., top-tier firm), project management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in or with retail or consumer-facing industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong foundation in structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
  • Proven ability to cross functionally collaborate and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated agility and adaptability in managing shifting priorities and cross-brand initiatives.
  • Proficient and highly developed user of Microsoft Office suite programs required.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships cross-functionally.
  • Limited travel may be required, based on business needs.
  • Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods.
  • Ability to reach at or below shoulder level.
  • Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.

Pay Range USD $100,000.00 - USD $157,500.00 /Yr.
