As our Senior Manager, Content, you will shape and evolve how the Trail Blazers show up across social media. You will lead and mentor a team of content specialists and producers, develop and implement content strategy, and serve as a brand voice for the Trail Blazers. You will plan digital campaigns, capture live games and behind-the-scenes footage, and work closely with Creative Services to ensure content aligns across platforms.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced and collaborative people leader who knows how to guide, support, and inspire a team of creatives. We're looking for an innovative thinker and creative strategist with a deep passion for sports and storytelling. The Senior Manager, Content brings a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends and communicates clearly to drive alignment across creative teams and ensure content is sharp, engaging, and on-brand.
