Salary: Up to $150,000

Overview

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a highly driven, innovative, and technically proficient Senior Manager or Director to join our growing Clinical AI & Analytics team. This leader will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level AI solutions that optimize documentation compliance, corporate compliance, care management, and remote patient monitoring workflows. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in artificial intelligence, data science, and healthcare operations, combined with strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Reporting to the executive leadership team, this position will drive AI strategy and execution across multiple clinical domains, acting as a key liaison between data engineering, compliance, care delivery, and product operations. Responsibilities

AI & Analytics Strategy

- Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven tools and workflows to support documentation and corporate compliance, care coordination, and RPM.

- Serve as the internal AI subject matter expert and strategic advisor for the Clinical division.

- Evaluate emerging technologies such as LLMs, machine learning models, and predictive analytics for their clinical applications.

- Design AI use cases with clear KPIs tied to operational, quality, and cost metrics.

Project Management & Execution

- Develop project roadmaps and oversee cross-functional implementation of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality standards.

- Manage all stages of project lifecycle—from scoping and requirements gathering to training, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.

- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to ensure scalability and effectiveness of deployed solutions.

Data Governance & Optimization

- Oversee data collection, transformation, and modeling processes across various clinical systems.

- Ensure that AI models meet standards for data integrity, auditability, HIPAA compliance, and clinical relevance.

- Build automated dashboards and analytics reports to visualize AI-driven outcomes and impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive adoption of AI-enabled systems.

- Educate clinical staff and leadership on the value, function, and best practices around AI tools.

- Manage vendor relationships for external AI tools, platforms, or consultants as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, or related field preferred.

- 7+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or clinical analytics—ideally within a healthcare or life sciences organization.

- Proven success leading AI/analytics projects from concept through execution in a highly regulated environment.

- Strong technical fluency in Python, Power BI, and cloud-based data platforms for healthcare applications.

- Familiarity with LLMs, predictive modeling, and remote patient monitoring workflows.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to distill complex topics for executive and clinical audiences.

- Deep understanding of HIPAA, CMS documentation requirements, and healthcare quality metrics.

- Project management certification (PMP, Scrum, or similar) is a plus.

- Experience with cloud-based data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake) is a plus.
