About The Role
As a pivotal member of our team, Thesis' Senior Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping how the world experiences Thesis, including elevating our brand's presence and engagement. The role involves leading brand storytelling, content, community, and partnerships, working closely with marketing, creative, and product teams. It requires a mix of creative vision, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Brand Strategy and Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with Thesis' positioning, voice, and visual identity.
- Create and manage innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform strategies.
- Content and Creative Direction:
- Lead development of compelling content across channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Oversee content strategy, marketing calendar, and production.
- Expand Thesis' social presence to drive engagement and community building.
- Partnerships and Influencer:
- Identify and execute brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and activations.
- Manage relationships with media partners and stakeholders to amplify brand presence.
- Measurement:
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Use analytics to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
We're Excited About Your:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in brand marketing, preferably in health and wellness.
- Strong interest in health, wellness, and performance.
- Analytical, strategic, and execution skills with a performance mindset.
- Deep understanding of social/content platforms, creator economy, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience managing content production and teams.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
