Senior Maintenance & Facilities Manager - Sensient Technologies Corporation : Job Details

We are looking for a Maintenance and Facility Manager to join our team!

As part of the Operations Team, the maintenance and facility manager lead an oversee all maintenance activities for the site.

The key responsibilities of this position include supervising the maintenance technicians and organizing maintenance contractors; determining the scope, materials, and resources (internal and external) needed for machine maintenance and facilities infrastructure.

What you'll do:

• Manage all corrective and preventive maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain optimal uptime
• Manage and maintain all aspects of the facility infrastructure, and ensure the facility complies with local, national and corporate standards
• Define, implement maintenance performance indicators such as MTTR, MTB, equipment uptime, etc. Develop and maintain visual tools to communicate real-time maintenance status, backlog, and priorities on the shop floor
• Collaborate with line operators, supervisors, quality and HSE to promote a proactive maintenance culture, support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor
• Lead and provide support maintenance technicians ( 6 technicians and 1 facilities supervisor)

What you'll bring:

• Degree on mechanical engineer (Bac+5 or equivalent training)
• > 5 years managing maintenance in automotive, cosmetic, chemical, food or process environments
• Strong ability to lead teams, coordinate cross-functional efforts, communicate effectively and drive continuous improvement.
• Hands-on leadership
