The Senior Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) team enables Data Scientists to build, deploy, and scale machine learning solutions across a broad range of use cases—Personalization, Forecasting, Marketing, Content and Audience Segmentation, Payments Optimization, Fraud Prevention, Live Time Value prediction, and more. MLE partners closely with Data Scientists to design scalable data pipelines, launch performant models, and maintain critical ML systems in production. These efforts drive decisions that impact millions of consumers and generate significant revenue for The Walt Disney Company.
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer works with a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers who design, build, and support our unified ML platform. This includes developing AutoML capabilities, maintaining the Feature Mart, enabling end-to-end ML Ops workflows, and implementing robust model monitoring and drift detection.
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer also collaborates across departments to ensure infrastructure aligns with business needs and explores emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to keep Disney at the forefront of applied machine learning.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $145,500 to $195,000 per year. Santa Monica, CA is $138,900 to $186,200 per year, San Francisco, CA is $152,100 to $203,900 per year. The actual offered salary will depend on internal equity, geographic region, candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation may include bonuses and long-term incentives, along with medical, financial, and other benefits.
