NSI requires a Senior Logistics Manager for the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Avionics and Support Equipment Production Divisions. Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and maintainability programs and information systems. Works on logistics and maintainability programs and collaborates with logistics and maintenance control organizations on issues such as: technical evaluation and identification of weapons systems logistics requirements and resources; development of logistics support and maintainability programs or plans; systems acquisition requirements analysis; budgetary or financial analysis and control; life cycle cost analysis and control; weapons systems hardware and software standardization and compatibility; Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) program test and evaluation planning and execution; and, IPS and R&M program management analysis. Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, and applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.
Desired Logistics Support Requirements:On site FRCSE, Jacksonville, FL
Education:BS or BA degree. An AA or AS with ten (10) years of relevant experience may substitute.
Experience:Six (6) years of DoD acquisition logistics experience in conducting analytical studies applicable to Integrated Product Support (IPE) Elements and demonstrated ability to conduct studies, analysis, or evaluations of DoD weapon systems/equipment OR an AA or AS with ten (10) years of relevant experience.
Security Clearance:Secret Clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
