Act as support/escalation contact for our AME region Customer Service Team
Daily work with our overseas Supply Chain Center of Excellence (Planning) team members to support Molex Divisions and Business Units with agreed GSOP-E planning strategies and service level sets
Review Fulfillment models/options as well as possible Molex Product Transfers / Outsourcing with relevant stakeholders in project review meetings. Guide and support implementation / phase in and go live of agreed fulfillment model
Support Customer / Vendor onboarding
Regional Business Continuity support (example Supply chain disruptions)
Revenue Optimization with relevant stakeholders
Work with intercompany as well as external vendors related to finished goods service/supply into the AME region
5+ years of experience in international logistics/supply chain
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Operations management, or Supply chain
Experience with SAP ERP (e.g., MRP scheduling)
Experience with MS Office applications (e.g., MS Excel)
APICS certification
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Master's degree
Strong knowledge of Automotive business and expectations
Additional Language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Spanish)
Knowledge of other software applications in Planning/Execution (e.g. GIB, Infor Nexus, Kinaxis)
