The Logistics Analyst supports the HealthTrust Freight Management Program by analyzing data to optimize transportation costs. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance, identify savings, and improve efficiency. Key tasks include vendor communication, data tracking, and reporting.

• Analyze shipment data to identify cost savings, optimize routes, and monitor behavioral trends across modes.
• Ensure vendor compliance with routing instructions and escalate issues as needed.
• Support invoice validation, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Create and distribute performance reports and trend analyses.
• Coordinate billing processes with finance teams.
• Assist in strategic reviews with actionable insights.
• Communicate with vendors for routing and documentation.
• Maintain freight databases and dashboards for data integrity.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement.

• 2–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or data analytics (healthcare preferred).
• Experience with freight operations (parcel, LTL, etc.) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
